Who we are
Porchlight is a service of Southern AI Solutions, LLC, based in Clearwater, Florida. If you have any question about your information, write doug@southernaisolutions.com — a real person answers.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site, so we can do what you asked:
- The free report card form: your name, business name, trade, city, email, and the language you were reading in.
- The setup call form: the same, plus your phone number and the best time to reach you.
That's it. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party pixels, and we do not follow you around the web.
How we use it
Only to deliver what you requested — to grade and send your report card, or to reach you to schedule your setup call — and to send you a short acknowledgement by email. We never sell or rent your information, to anyone, for any reason.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe's own privacy terms cover your payment details.
Where your information lives
Form submissions are received through our website host (Netlify) and kept in our own records only as long as we need them to serve you. Email you send us lives in our business email.
Your choices
Reply to any email from us, or write doug@southernaisolutions.com, to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. We'll take care of it.
Cookies
This site stores just one thing in your browser: the language you chose, so the page remembers it next time. No tracking cookies.
The terms, in short
- What we promise: complete, correct, and consistent work on the parts of your visibility that are actually in your control. Whatever we build for you is yours, and you can cancel anytime.
- What we don't promise: rankings — on Google or in AI search. Anyone who guarantees you a spot is guessing with your money.
- No invented facts: if we can't verify something, we don't print it — on your report card or on your website.
- Billing: the Opportunity Digest ($79/month) renews each month until you cancel, and stops at the end of the paid period when you do. The Findable-by-Friday setup ($495) is a one-time fee, agreed on a call before any charge.

If we change how any of this works, we'll update this page and the date below.
